9. Jacksonville Jaguars: LB, Isaiah Simmons, Clemson

Previous Pick: Isaiah Simmons

The Jacksonville Jaguars will be tempted to take one of the elite offensive tackles still available with this pick but when push comes to shove, Clemson linebacker/safety Isaiah Simmons will be the pick. Yes, they did sign Joe Schobert in free agency but Simmons is a generational talent, with a skill set so unique, it’s unlike anything the league has seen in many years.

He possess the ability to play linebacker, slot corner, and safety, making him the most versatile defensive player in this draft class. The Jaguars are loaded with 12 picks in the draft, but Isaiah Simmons will be the centerpiece.

10. Cleveland Browns: OT, Andrew Thomas, Georgia

Previous Pick: Jedrick Wills

The Cleveland Browns already added the best offensive tackle available in free agency, Jake Conklin.  Now they can solidify the other tackle spot by drafting Andrew Thomas, a dominating lineman from the University of Georgia.

The poor play of the offensive line was one of the reasons for Baker Mayfield’s regression in his second year.  New head coach Kevin Stefanski will not allow that to happen under his watch. Thomas was a three-year starter at Georgia and will be a day one starter for the Browns.

11. New York Jets: WR, CeeDee Lamb, Oklahoma

Previous Pick: Andrew Thomas

The New York Jets have made it their top priority during free agency to shore up the offensive line.  In the first week of free agency Jets GM, Joe Douglas signed tackle George Fant, guard Alex Lewis, and center Connor McGovern.

Because of this they can now get Sam Darnold a playmaker at the outside.  There is a debate to be had of who the top wide receiver in this class is.  CeeDee Lamb isn’t a blazer but he can do it all. He is explosive with the ball in his hands, he has ball skills for days, and is a big play waiting to happen.

12. Las Vegas Raiders: WR, Jerry Jeudy, Alabama

Previous Pick: Jerry Jeudy

The Las Vegas Raiders have been adding big time players in free agency thus far landing one of the big fishes on this years market in linebacker, Cory Littleton. They also added a second linebacker in Nick Kwiatkoski, cornerback Eli Apple, defensive tackle Maliek Collins, and edge rusher Carl Nassib.

Nelson Agholor, a former first round pick was added at wide receiver but a dominant threat at wideout is still on Mike Mayock’s wishlist. Welcome Jerry Jeudy, a smooth, do it all receiver, who is polished well beyond his years.  Use him out wide, in the slot, underneath, or as a deep threat.  Jon Gruden will love his shiny new toy.
