Jameis Winston

Yes, Jameis Winston makes this three former No. 1 overall picks at the top of the board, as the team has decided to move on from him after a 2019 season that saw him throw for over 5,000 yards, but also 30 interceptions. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are bringing in Tom Brady, so you can see why they would make the move.

For Winston, he likely is not going to be a starter next season, as teams are worried about his interceptions, but he is going to latch on somewhere. Remember, he led the NFL in passing yards in 2019, and recently had Lasik surgery.

Many people will consider Newton as the better option when healthy, so that also could hurt his value as he enters free agency. He is a talented quarterback, and showed he can put up big numbers, but the turnovers will continue to haunt him.
