So far in free agency the Raiders have added only one wideout to the mix and that is Nelson Agholor.  Agholor is one of three former first round picks that was added to the roster.  Gruden is hoping he can resurrect Agholor’s career which to this point has largely been a disappointment.

The number one need on the offensive side of the ball on the roster remains at wide receiver.  This years draft is the deepest it’s been in 20 years at the position.

There is a very likely scenario in April that the Raiders will have their choice of wide receiver at pick 12.  In the case of this mock draft, CeeDee Lamb was selected by the New York Jets at pick 11 and Jerry Jeudy was there for the taking.

In Jeudy the Raiders get an immediate playmaker.  Jeudy is the type of talent that defensive coordinators will have to adjust game plans for.  His polished route running has been well documented.  With the ball in his hands, he is deadly in the open field.
