Kristian Fulton. 19. player. 817. . Cornerback. Tigers

The Raiders made a strong run at Byron Jones and Chris Harris in free agency but were unable to land one of the premier corners.  Eli Apple was signed as the fall back option.  Apple has starting experience in the league but has been up and down throughout his career.

It’s obvious that Gruden and Mayock would like to upgrade the position and the best way to do that now, is through the draft.

Kristian Fulton is an ideal fit in Paul Guenther’s system as he excels in press man coverage.  He has the size (6 feet, 200 pounds) and speed (4.46) to run step for step with wideouts.  Fulton doesn’t wow you will his physicality or ability to bully receivers instead he relies on his technique.

A two year starter at LSU, Fulton played against high level of competition in the SEC week in and week out.
