1. Logan Ryan, Tennessee Titans

Logan Ryan is the best cornerback currently on the market and fits the Raiders needs for another veteran presence in the defensive backfield. Ryan is entering his eight year in the league and has had an excellent career so far with the New England Patriots and more recently the Tennessee Titans.

Ryan has recorded 17 interceptions in his career so far including four last season with the Titans. He is ranked as the top cornerback available by both Pro Football Talk and The Athletic largely due to his versatility and ability to play outside corner, slot corner, and safety. He also became a savvy blitzer in Tennessee as he racked up 8.5 sacks in the past two seasons with only 2.5 in the previous five years.

The primary obstacle to signing Ryan may be the contract terms he is looking for as he is reportedly looking for $10 million a year. That may be a bit steep for the Raiders as they have already spent a pretty penny on linebackers and defensive lineman but with many of the top corners already signed, Ryan may be willing to accept less on a short-term deal with high incentives.
