7. Tramaine Brock, Tennessee Titans

Tramaine Brock has been a journeyman in recent years after spending seven years with the San Francisco 49ers, the last two as a starter in 2015-16. The former undrafted free agent had the second best year of his career in 2019 according to PFF and was excellent with the Tennessee Titans after joining them in the last quarter of the season after being released by the Arizona Cardinals.

With Tennessee he allowed a passer rating of 81.5 and kept his receiver under eight yards per completion so he was not beat deep often. Though he has not recorded an interception since 2016 he had five in 2013 so has shown flashes of being a ballhawk in the somewhat distant past.

Brock played primarily as a slot corner in Arizona but has played on the outside in the past, including with the Titans last year. He would be a less than ideal option but given the dearth of talent there for the Raiders he is a cheap and viable option that is coming off a good season and a deep playoff run.
