8. Dre Kirkpatrick, Cincinnati Bengals

Dre Kirkpatrick is coming off a season-ending injury in 2019 that marks just the second time in his career that he has played in less than 13 games. The former first round pick out of Alabama has seen his snap counts steadily decreasing since his peak in 2015 playing 97% of the Bengals defensive snaps.

Kirkpatrick struggled before his knee injury and saw an incredible increase in passer rating against from 82.2 in 2018 to 122.5 in 2019. The Bengals defense struggled as a whole but Kirkpatrick could be singled out as one of the poorer defenders on a bad unit while he was on the field.

The former Alabama DB is certainly not the Raiders first choice but could likely be had at a veteran minimum given his age (31) and his recent injury.
