The Raiders need a WR1 badly, but they will not reach for one by any means, especially considering how many good receivers are in this class. Mayock has stated that there are WR1 worthy players that will be available in the third, so the Raiders are not afraid to trade back.

Las Vegas trades the 12th pick of the draft to the Atlanta Falcons, who want to make sure they can move up and take Javon Kinlaw. In return, the Raiders get the 16th pick of the draft, as well as adding the 78th pick, giving them four third round picks in this mock.

The Raiders are still able to get Henry Ruggs III, the receiver that many believe Gruden wants anyway. Ruggs is known for his speed, being the fastest receiver in the class, but he is much more than that.

Ruggs is great at creating space, has great hands, and would add a game-changer to the Raiders offense. The Raiders are able to add a third-round pick while still getting one of the best receivers in a stacked class.
