When Mayock said there were multiple WR1 caliber players in this draft, this may have been one of the players he was talking about. The Raiders use the draft pick gained from Atlanta to add another one of the best receivers in the class to an already impressive mix at the position.

Hill was a touchdown machine for Ohio State last season, hauling in ten touchdowns on the year. The Raiders were able to move the ball last season, but struggled to get into the end zone, and Hill is a player that does not have that issue, making him an interesting weapon for Derek Carr.

One thing that the Raiders receiving group has lacked over the years is reliability and consistency. Hill has some of the best hands in the class, and when Carr needs to look for a reliable target, Hill can be that guy. Heading into 2020, now you have a group that includes Ruggs, Hill, Tyrell Williams, and Hunter Renfrow at wideout four-deep.
