Las Vegas Raiders. Kyle Dugger. 80. player. 28. . Safety

Kyle Dugger is an athletic specimen at safety, standing at 6’1 and 217 pounds. Dugger is bringing attention to Lenoir-Rhyne, the school that Dugger played college football at. Dugger may have played DII football, but there is no question he had power five abilities.

Dugger’s combination of size, speed, explosiveness, and great football skills is rare, and had he played D1 football, he may have been a first-round pick. The Raiders do not have a massive need at safety, with Abram and Harris returning as well as a number of new talent acquired in free agency, but the roster is filled with unproven talent, and Dugger is too much of a freak to pass up on.

Secondary has been an issue for this Raiders team for years, and after adding talent in free agency, as well as getting C.J. Henderson in the first round, it could become a strength. The Raiders have put a focus on the defensive side of the ball this offseason, and in Dugger, they get a premier athlete in a spot with tremendous value.
