Week 13: Raiders at Jets

Last year’s matchup against the Jets was arguably the Raiders’ worst outing of the season. In 2020, they’ll have the opportunity to redeem themselves but severe weather conditions could come into play once again at MetLife Stadium as this matchup will take place in early December.

The Jets still lack several blue-chip players outside of Jamal Adams, and the Raiders added roughly six starters on defense via free agency and the NFL Draft. Time and time again Derek Carr has struggled in cold weather environments, and this game will be huge for his critics.

Picking up a victory in Week 13 would propel the Raiders for a quality stretch through the latter part of their schedule. After taking flight from East Rutherford, the Raiders would then host three consecutive home games, a favorable last couple of weeks throughout the 2020 season.
