The Las Vegas Raiders are looking to build off a seven-win 2019 season, and  these three players could surprise people in 2020.

The Raiders made quite a splash this offseason, added solid talent via free agency, and having a successful 2020 NFL Draft, so they will look a lot different when they debut this season in Las Vegas. Coming off a seven-win 2019 season, the Raiders are looking to make the playoffs for the second time since 2002, and they are going to need all hands on deck.

Last year, we saw some guys come out of nowhere and take the NFL by storm, as both Josh Jacobs and Maxx Crosby were in the running to win the NFL’s Offensive and Defensive Rookie of the Year honors. Quarterback Derek Carr set a career-high in passing yards, while finishing only second to Drew Brees in terms of completion percentage.

However, despite a solid 6-4 start to the year, where they navigated a tough early-season schedule, the raiders went 1-5 to close 2019, missing out on the playoffs once again. The expectations are higher this season, and they just may have the talent to make a move in a tough AFC.

With that being said, there are some players within the organization that are due for a possible breakout season, so let’s discuss a few that could surprise this season.
