Did the AFC West get better?

So did the AFC West get better as a whole? In my option, it certainly did, as all four teams head into 2020 with more talent than the year before. The Chargers added a lot of new weapons and will finally for the first time in 15 years be without Philip Rivers, who was in decline anyway.

The Broncos added some new shiny toys to their offense to help out Drew Lock, who should improve drastically in his second season in Mile High. The Chiefs did not add much to their ranks, but kept their core pieces from their Super Bowl-winning team together, so they are still very dangerous and once again the division favorite.

The Raiders revamped their defense and added plenty of new weapons around Derek Carr to possibly push for a playoff spot. The AFC West will be an interesting battle, but one thing is for sure, each and every one of these teams improved drastically this offseason, and all four should at least challenge for a Wild Card.
