The AFC West got better as a whole in 2020, and we take a look at what each team did to improve this offseason.
The AFC West is a strong division, and that is evident by the fact that it has produced two Super Bowl winners in the last five years. So here we are with a new season upon us, and the division has the reigning Super Bowl champs, as the Kansas City Chiefs defeated the San Francisco 49ers in the big game this past February.
With quite a shakeup in the NFL this offseason, between free agency and the 2020 NFL Draft, the question being asked is did the AFC West get stronger?
The Chiefs have dominated the division the last four years, winning four straight division crowns, and capping that off with their first ring in 50 years. Patrick Mahomes is the best young quarterback in football, and the team did a nice job keeping his cast of characters around him for another go-around in 2020.
Nevertheless, the division is on pace to prove quite a challenge to them this upcoming season, so the question now is did the division improve for the 2020 season?
