Did the AFC West get better as a whole during 2020 offseason?

Los Angeles Chargers
Each team added some new key components to it’s roster this offseason on both sides of the ball. When it comes to the Los Angeles Chargers, they added a former All-Pro cornerback in Chris Harris Jr. through free agency, as well as a two-time Pro Bowl DT in Linval Joseph.
On the offensive side of the ball, the Chargers made offensive linemen a major priority by adding longtime Green Bay Packers offensive tackle Bryan Bulaga, as well as trading for five-time Pro Bowl guard Trai Turner. With the amicable break up of longtime quarterback Philip Rivers, the Chargers selected his heir apparent in the 2020 NFL Draft in Oregon University quarterback Justin Herbert.
The Chargers added some more talent to their ranks by trading back into the first round to select Oklahoma linebacker Kenneth Murray to go along with Herbert. While the Chargers lost running back Melvin Gordon, they have the talent on their roster to make up for the loss, so overall, it was a very successful offseason.
