Additions and Subtractions for the 2020 Kansas City Chiefs

The Chiefs bring back most of their entire Super Bowl-winning team this season, as they did a nice job keeping the roster in tact this offseason. Chris Jones was a name that was rumored to be heading elsewhere, and it could still happen, as he has yet to sign his franchise tag.

In the 2020 NFL Draft, the Chiefs added more firepower for star quarterback Patrick Mahomes, who has taken the NFL by storm since taking over as the starter for Alex Smith a few years back. All he has done is win a Super Bowl, a Most Valuable Player award, and has become arguably the best quarterback in football.

The drafting of Clyde Edwards-Helaire gives the Chiefs a dynamic weapon out of the backfield, and the organization was also able to get Sammy Watkins to take a paycut. Overall, this is a Chiefs team that is going to look a lot like they did last season, which is a scary thought for the rest of the AFC.
