How the Raiders win
Whether it is Herbert or Taylor who is at quarterback for the Chargers in 2020, the Raiders have to get pressure up front if they want to win these games. Maxx Crosby and Clelin Ferrell are going to be solid in Year 2, now that Ferrell can play exclusively on the outside, but they will have their work cut out for them against a revamped Chargers offensive line.
Austin Ekeler replaces Melvin Gordon at running back, and Keenan Allen returns as one of the better wide receivers in the NFL. That means this Raiders defense is going to have their work cut out for them no matter who is under center, and it could be Taylor in Week 9, and Herbert later on in the year.
Los Angeles also has a solid defense, a unit that includes Pro Bowl talent like Derwin James, Joey Bosa, and Melvin Ingram. Harris is only going to make the secondary better, and if Murray is as good as advertised, this could be one of the more complete defenses in the division.

The Raiders swept Los Angeles last year, and any time they go on the road to play them, it is like a home game. I like the Raiders to do enough to get both of these games once again in 2020, as they have the talent on offense to put up numbers against this defense, and they should be able to stifle the Chargers quarterbacks enough to disrupt their offense.
