The Raiders franchise has had their fair share of swings and misses at quarterback, and here are the 3 biggest busts in team history.

When it comes to the Raiders franchise, there has been some legendary quarterbacks who have been under center. Guys like Tom Flores, Ken Stabler, Daryle Lamonica, Jim Plunkett and Rich Gannon have led the team to playoff wins, and some have led the team to either Super Bowl or AFL Championships.

Current quarterback, Derek Carr, has not brought the organization many wins, but he is far from a bust. In fact, he has raced to the top of the Raiders record book in terms of passing categories, and will become the most prolific passer in team history before all is said and done.

With that said, let us look at the three biggest quarterback busts in team history.

Honorable Mention: AaronBrooks

Aaron Brooks played only one season with the Raiders, starting eight games, and losing them all before going out due to injury. He showed flashes during his time in New Orleans, and earned the starting job with the Raiders in 2006, but finished his eight-start stint with three touchdowns against eight interceptions.
