Las Vegas Raiders will get the best version of Derek Carr in 2020
Complete 2019 offensive line returning
The Las Vegas Raiders returns their entire offensive line from a year ago, as the team decided it was best to bring back Gabe Jackson despite his high salary this season. Richie Incognito was signed to a new two-year deal after returning to the NFL in a big way in 2019, and bookends Trent Brown and Kolton Miller are developing into one of the best duos at offensive tackle in the league.
Rodney Hudson returns as the Raiders center, and since putting on the Silver and Black, he has developed into the best in the game at his position. Hudson is wildly underrated by national media, but those who watch the Raiders on a weekly basis know what he brings to the table.
In fact, the offensive line was recently ranked the best in the NFL by Pro Football Focus when it comes to extending plays. That should bode well for guys like Ruggs, Williams, and Edwards, guys with deep threat ability that are going to take the lid off defenses on a weekly basis.
Jacobs is going to rush for 1,000 yards yearly with this line in front of him, and Carr has to be comfortable standing back there with these five in front of him. In addition, the reserve group is better than it was a year ago, meaning the Raiders are extremely strong up front heading into 2020.
