The Las Vegas Raiders are reportedly going to sign veteran running back Jeremy Hill, and the entire running back room would benefit from his addition in 2020.

Looking at the 2020 Las Vegas Raiders roster, it is clear that they have the talent at running back to pound teams into the ground. Led by second-year star Josh Jacobs, the Silver and Black have the kind of three-down back you need to win a championship, and he has a collection of talented guys behind him.

Jalen Richard has proven himself to be an incredibly gifted pass-catching running back, and has turned into a key weapon for Derek Carr in the passing game. During the 2020 NFL Draft, the team brought in the versatile Lynn Bowden Jr., who will play running back at the NFL level, but played back, wide receiver, and quarterback during his time at Kentucky.

This week, word began circulating that the team planned on signing Jeremy Hill, a once-promising back with the Cincinnati Bengals. Ian Rapaport from NFL Network tweeted this out on Friday.

During his time in Cincinnati, Hill was adept at getting into the end zone, playing with the kind of punishing running style that was a perfect compliment to teammate Giovani Bernard.

The Raiders have been looking for a bruising back to add to the running back room, and they could get their man in Hill.
