Richie Incognito, Guard

Prior to the 2019 NFL season, the then-Oakland Raiders made a bit of a controversial move by bringing in offensive guard Richie Incognito. The former Pro Bowler had missed the previous season due to some off the field issues, and nobody really knew what he could bring to the table at age 36.

Well, after sitting out two games to serve a personal conduct suspension, Incognito went right back to being one of the premier offensive guards in the game. He was a perfect fit along this Raiders offensive line, played the game hard every day, and earned himself a brand-new 2yr/$14 million contract in the process.

In his piece, Linsey ranked Incognito as the No. 10 interior offensive lineman in the NFL heading into 2020, and that is pretty remarkable considering where he was prior to the Raiders signing him. He has put his life back together, and after allowing just nine pressures all season long in 2019, the chance the team took on him was well worth the risk.
