Maxx Crosby and Clelin Ferrell are entering their second season in the NFL, and the two young Raiders DEs are bulked up and ready to dominate.

During the 2019 NFL Draft, the then-Oakland Raiders double-dipped when it came to the edge rusher position. With the No. 4 overall selection, the team made Clelin Ferrell the pick, bringing in a guy with an incredibly impressive college resume, including two national titles.

Later on, all the way in the fourth round, general manager Mike Mayock decided to roll the dice on a little-known prospect named Maxx Crosby. As a rookie, Crosby was downright dominant once he got into the starting lineup, racking up ten sacks in only ten starts, including four against the Ryan Finley-led Cincinnati Bengals.

As the two players enter the 2020 season, both with eyes on them, they know they are cornerstones in whatever the Raiders become on the defensive side of the ball. Neither guy took it easy on themselves getting ready for the upcoming campaign, and that will go a long way in this defense taking the next step forward.

For the Raiders, Ferrell and Crosby are key to the pass rush and spent the offseason bulking up for Year 2.
