With the season less than a month away, the Las Vegas Raiders will have to cut their roster down to 53 players before their first game.

The Las Vegas Raiders have made a ton of improvements this offseason, adding multiple potential starters through free agency and the 2020 NFL Draft. The Raiders roster should be much better than in 2019, which means it will be even more difficult to make the roster out of training camp.

Last season, the Raiders managed to win seven games despite a roster that was decimated with injuries at times. Their 6-4 start got the fan base, and the NFL landscape thinking that they would possibly be a playoff team in their final season in Oakland, making only their second appearance since the 2020 season.

This season, the expectations are going to be higher, as they have not only built up the roster, but are making the move to Las Vegas and into their brand new $2 billion stadium. The talent is there for them to compete in what should be a wide open AFC, but a Wild Card may be their best chance, as the Kansas City Chiefs are fresh off a Super Bowl title, and did not lose much in terms of their roster.

There will be a lot of position battles the next couple of weeks in training camp, so lets take a look at what 53 players will make the roster.
