With Week 1 around the corner we take a look at the projected 53-man roster for the Las Vegas Raiders heading in to 2020.

This strange offseason is finally coming to an end for the Las Vegas Raiders, as we are a little over a week away from the Week 1 matchup against the Carolina Panthers. The Raiders had a bit more on their plates than the other 31 teams, as they had to manage a move across state lines in addition to navigating an unprecedented pandemic.

The Raiders also had to deal with not having training camp in their usual location of Napa, California, but from all reports it appears that their first camp in Henderson, Nevada was a success. There were plenty of position battles and some surprises along the way in the form of unexpected cuts or injuries, but for the most part, everything seemed to go according to plan.

These same unexpected releases and injuries have made difficult roster decisions a bit easier for Jon Gruden and Mike Mayock, but there are still some tough decisions to be made. Those surprises and the changes to the way teams can manage their gameday rosters and practice squads will likely change how the Raiders build out their 53-man roster and we at Just Blog Baby will take a crack at predicting how they do so.
