2020 Las Vegas Raiders 53-man roster projection after training camp

Defensive Ends (4): Clelin Ferrell, Carl Nassib, Maxx Crosby, Arden Key

There are no real surprises here as the trio from 2019 of Clelin Ferrell, Maxx Crosby, and Arden Key all return to the roster in 2020. Ferrell was the talk of the summer thanks to his new workout routine, and reports suggest he is looking bigger and stronger than ever which gives Paul Guenther the option of playing him inside at times.

Maxx Crosby has flown under the radar but he looks to build on a rookie season that saw him make a strong case for the Defensive Rookie of the Year award. Arden Key has been the star man in training camp and the Raiders hope that he can live up to the hype he had coming out of LSU.

He will be called upon as a situational pass rusher and any contributions he can make there will be a bonus.

Carl Nassib has reportedly not done much to impress in camp, but some believe the Raiders are just protecting their big money acquisition. Nassib is a veteran and has proven he can rush the passer when needed so there is no reason to look too far in to his poor camp performance.
