2020 Las Vegas Raiders 53-man roster projection after training camp

Offensive Line (10): Kolton Miller, Richie Incognito, Rodney Hudson, Gabe Jackson, Trent Brown, John Simpson, Denzelle Good, Brandon Parker, Andre James, Sam Young

The new active roster rules will allow teams to carry 48 rather than 46 players on game day, but the stipulation is that these two additional players must be offensive lineman. This may convince Gruden to keep ten rather than nine offensive linemen on the 53-man roster, and gives the Raiders some extra coverage in case of injury to their five starters.

Speaking of the five starters, they are one of the best position units in the NFL, and will undoubtedly be the strength of the team. The unit features three Pro Bowlers in Richie Incognito, Trent Brown, and Rodney Hudson and Kolton Miller has shown he is capable of playing at that level.

All five of the backups can play multiple positions, and the recent trade of David Sharpe opens the door for veteran Sam Young to be the swing tackle. With Trent Brown missing camp practices and coming off a season that ended with him on IR, the Raiders were smart to bring in the savvy vet as insurance.

The big Wild Card here is Gabe Jackson, because if he can stay healthy, he is another guy who could put together a Pro Bowl season.
