The NFL season is finally here, and the Raiders look to get their first victory as the Las Vegas Raiders against the Carolina Panthers.

The then-Oakland Raiders looked incredibly prepared in Week 1 of the 2019 season, proving that Coach Gruden and the Raiders know what they are doing in the off season. With all of the different circumstances going into this season, being prepared will be the most important thing in football, and they showed that by dominating divisional rival Denver in the opener.

That began a nice run during the team’s first ten games of the season, as they navigated a tough early-season slate, including being away from their home stadium for over a month. However, any chances of the playoffs came crashing down with a terrible close to the year, losing five of their last six games, and finishing below .500 once again.

In 2020, the team will look to get out to another solid start, this time on the road against the Carolina Panthers. The Raiders will head to a Panthers stadium with no fans, and after having no preseason games, it is a situation that none of them have ever experienced.

With that being said, the Raiders may be one team that is benefiting from this, and here is why.
