The Las Vegas Raiders look to win their first home game in franchise history against one of the top teams in the NFL, the New Orleans Saints.

The Las Vegas Raiders had an extremely up and down game in Week 1 against the Carolina Panthers, edging out a 34-30 victory in a shootout from start to finish. The Raiders defense struggled throughout the game, but stepped up big with a 4th and 1 stop late in the game, sealing the first victory of the latest Era of Raiders football.

The offense got off to a hot start and did not let off the breaks, as Josh Jacobs rushed for three touchdowns, leading the Raiders to a Week 1 victory. Derek Carr played solid football throughout, completing over 70 percent of his passes, while throwing for a touchdown against zero interceptions.

Although it was nice to start the season off with a victory, the Raiders will have to play a much better game if they want to even compete with the New Orleans Saints. This is a team widely considered a favorite to be one of the last teams standing in the NFC this season, so this will be a tough early-season test for the Silver and Black.

Let’s take a look at the ins and outs of this Monday Night Football matchup.
