The AFC West saw their division go 2-2 during the Week 2 slate, and in Week 3, one team gets their first home win of the season.

The 2020 NFL season is in full swings, and we already have so many storylines coming out of the AFC West. Between starting quarterbacks being injured, a surprising Las Vegas Raiders team, and Justin Herbert getting his first NFL start, there has been plenty of fireworks.

As we enter Week 3, let us take a look at the four games happening that include AFC West teams, and make our picks on how the week may play out.

Carolina Panthers at Los Angeles Chargers

The Los Angeles Chargers shocked the football landscape on Sunday, as Justin Herbert made his first NFL start in place of the injured Tyrod Taylor. The rookie from Oregon did his job, throwing for over 300 yards against a tough Kansas City Chiefs defense, and putting the best team in the division on the ropes.

Unfortunately, the Chargers were unable to come away with the victory, but they will stick one in the win column this weekend. The Chargers will play host to the Carolina Panthers, who are 0-2 and just lost running back Christian McCaffrey for a while, so expect the Los Angeles defense to do enough to frustrate Teddy Bridgewater in Week 3.

Prediction: Chargers 21, Panthers 14
