It’s been 26 years since the Las Vegas Raiders beat the Patriots in New England, and with a few big performances, that could come to an end.

The Las Vegas Raiders made a massive statement on Monday night, beating the New Orleans Saints to win the first-ever game in Allegiant Stadium. Las Vegas dominated after getting out to a slow start, and it seems like once Michael Thomas tweeted this could get ugly, the Raiders throttled what is supposed to be a Super Bowl contender.

Now, they will head back to the east coast for a matchup against a revitalized Cam Newton and the New England Patriots. This is the Raiders second trip East already this season, this after beating the Carolina Panthers in Week 1 in North Carolina.

There’s not a lot that really needs to be said when it comes to the Patriots. We Raiders fans mostly share the same feelings towards them for a very particular. So a win over them will always feel nice.

However, with the Raiders dealing with some critical injuries, it won’t be easy. This is why a few players will have to step up big time, and the battle of the quarterbacks will have to go Las Vegas way in what could be a very high scoring game.

So here are some bold predictions for week 3.
