Buffalo Bills at Las Vegas Raiders: 3 Players to watch In Week 4

Derek Carr

The NFL is such a week to week season it’s crazy.  Not only a game ago we were singing Derek Carr’s praises, but after a rough Sunday, fans are really to write him off again. Sure, he missed a pass or two, but he still put on a pretty impressive offensive display while out dueling Drew Brees for the second time in his career the week before.

Sunday was a completely different day, after a beautiful pass to Hunter Renfrow placed the Raiders at the one-yard line, which led to a Carr to Foster Moreau touchdown, it was a rough go for Carr. The play seemingly gave the Raiders the momentum heading into the break, but it all came crashing down on the Raiders first possession of the second half.

A missed field goal to begin the third quarter, combined with missed tackles on runs and screen passes, and the loss of Bryan Edwards made Carr completely fall apart. He will have to weather the storm a little better in Week 4, because the Bills are going to score, and Carr needs to make sure he has his offense humming in case it is a shootout.
