Las Vegas Raiders: JustBlogBaby staff predictions vs. Buffalo Bills

Kenny King Jr., Contributor

The Raiders, who were flying high going into Week 3, were quickly brought back down to earth. The loss to the Patriots was a sobering reminder that hard work and preparation are key to success, that and wrapping up the ball carrier.

In a game where the defense missed double digit tackles, the Patriots were able to move the ball and score at will. Las Vegas must be able to stay in assignment and stop the run this week in order to be effective.

Second year corner, Trayvon Mullen will have his hands full, as he faces off against Bills top wide receiver Stefon Diggs, and based on Mullen’s social media posts, he’s up to the challenge. With rookie wide Receivers Henry Ruggs and Bryan Edwards out, look for Vegas to rely heavily on tight end Darren Waller and running back Josh Jacobs.

I also anticipate Zay Jones getting more looks this week as he will be facing his former team and will surely want to make them pay for trading him away.

Las Vegas has a lot of injuries and have been affected adversely on both sides of the ball, but they do hold home field advantage and while there are no fans in the stands, there is still a strong Raiders atmosphere throughout the city of Las Vegas.

This should be a hard fought game and will be closer than fans expect. Raiders 31, Bills 24
