The Las Vegas Raiders travel to Arrowhead Stadium to take on the Kansas City Chiefs and we tell you whether to sit em or start em in Week 5.
After a hot start to the season the Las Vegas Raiders cooled off with two straight losses to drop their record to 2-2. As the injuries and penalties started piling up so have the losses and it gets no easier with a trip to dreaded Arrowhead Stadium to face the Kansas City Chiefs where the Raiders have not won since 2012.
Even beating the Chiefs period has been a difficult proposition as the Raiders have done that just twice in Derek Carr‘s career and have not done so since 2017. The cherry on top of all this is that the Chiefs are the defending Super Bowl champions and are easily the best team in the NFL at this moment.
From a fantasy perspective the Chiefs are firing on all cylinders on offense and even have the second ranked defense in real life and fantasy. It helps that they played a combination of Brian Hoyer and Jarrett Stidham last week but they have held teams lead by Lamar Jackson, Deshaun Watson, and Justin Herbert to just 20 points.
All of this does not bode well for the Raiders’ fantasy hopes but there is still plenty of value to be had no matter what the result of this game is.
