4 Buccaneers the Las Vegas Raiders should worry about in Week 7

Carlton Davis

When thinking of the best cornerbacks in the NFL, the name Carlton Davis does not come up too often. Truth be told, he is one of the better kept secrets in the NFL, and is a big reason why the Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense is one of the best in the game, and he was a monster against Green Bay, deflecting four passes.

Davis has an interception in three of the last five games, and already has ten passes deflected this season. A sure-tackler from his cornerback spot, Davis has played in all but one play for the Bucs this season, and will certainly be the guy who draws Raiders speedster Henry Ruggs III in what will be quite the matchup to watch.

Like Evans, Davis is dealing with an injury, as he currently has an issue with his knee, but that is not going to affect his game status against the Raiders. If Derek Carr throws his way, it could be a problem, as he is a ballhawk who not only is solid in coverage, but has the hands that lead to interceptions.
