AFC West Week 7 preview and predictions: Raiders host Tom Brady

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Las Vegas Raiders

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers head to Las Vegas after a stellar victory over the Green Bay Packers, as they looked like the best team in the NFC in this one. Coming off a bye, the Las Vegas Raiders will now play host to Tom Brady and company, though they will be a bit short-handed, as Trent Brown and Johnathan Abram will miss the game due to COVID-19 issues.

Last time out, Derek Carr was able to get a big monkey off of his back, beating the Kansas City Chiefs inside Arrowhead Stadium. Sunday, he goes up against the most complete team he has played this season, as the Bucs have numerous weapons on offense, and a defense that is one of the best in the league.

Despite all of the issues this week, I actually like the Raiders to come out on top in this one, as they continue to roll over the NFC South. This is a team that is headed towards the playoffs this season, and they can make another big statement by exorcising their Tom Brady demons in this one.

Prediction: Raiders 28, Buccaneers 24
