AFC West Week 8 preview and predictions: Chargers/Broncos battle in Denver

New York Jets at Kansas City Chiefs

The New York Jets are the only team in the NFL who has not won a game this season, and that trend is going to continue on Sunday. The Jets head to Kansas City to take on one of the best teams in the NFL in the Chiefs in an AFC matchup that is going to get out of hand early.

Kansas City bounced back in a big way this past weekend, throttling the Denver Broncos 43-16 on the road. At home, they are going to punish the 0-7 Jets, who have very little talent on both sides of the ball, and their head coach has yet to prove why he is still employed this season.

One big storyline in this matchup is running back Le’Veon Bell, who was released by the Jets and signed by the Chiefs this past week. It will be interesting to see how much he gets the ball against his former team, who never really were able to get anything out of his skill set in New York.

Prediction: Chiefs 40, Jets 17
