Denver Broncos at Atlanta Falcons

The Denver Broncos had a shocking win over the Los Angeles Chargers this past weekend, coming all the way back and taking the lead with no time left in a crucial AFC West matchup. This weekend, they will head to Atlanta to take on the Falcons, who have been one of the more disappointing teams in the NFC this season.

The Falcons have been playing hard under interim head coach Raheem Grant, winning two of their last three, including last week against Carolina. Atlanta has the talent on offense to put up points in bunches, but it will be the defense that is their undoing this week against Drew Lock and the Broncos.

Lock showed against the Chargers that he has a never-say-die attitude, and that will go a long way against a Falcons team that loves to blow leads late. Expect this one to be a shootout, with Lock and the Broncos coming away with a four-point victory on the road, their fourth win in their last five tries.

Prediction: Broncos 31, Falcons 27
