The Kansas City Chiefs survive against the Panthers, the Broncos fall to the Atlanta Falcons, and the Raiders and Chargers had a Classic AFC West Battle

The Kansas City Chiefs are starting to pull away at the top AFC West.  With their lone loss still coming in Week 5 to the Raiders and a chance to rest up and game plan for two weeks before their game against the Raiders in Las Vegas, it will be an uphill battle for the Silver and Black to pull off another upset against the Chiefs.

The Denver Broncos and Los Angeles Chargers continue to be at the bottom of the standings, as they just can’t seem to win in close games unless they are against each other.  Derek Carr continues his impressive season, as he plays at a top-five level at his position.

A cause for concern for the Raiders, other than their defense is the play of Henry Ruggs IIINelson Agholor has been very impressive this season as the Raiders No. 1 receiver, but to go where they want to go this season, they need the play of Ruggs to fully open things up for the offense.

Here is a recap of the week that was in the AFC West.
