Las Vegas Raiders complete 7-round 2021 NFL Mock Draft

829. . Offensive Lineman. Crimson Tide . Deonte Brown. 85. player

With Richie Incognito aging, the Raiders will need to find a long term replacement at left guard. Incognito brought strength and toughness to the interior, and a similar player like Deonte Brown would be a worthy replacement for the future.

A big aggressive player with plenty of strength, Brown just seems like the kind of player Jon Gruden would love. Fun to watch in the run and has enough foot speed to win one-on-one matchups in pass protection. Once he gets his hands on you, the play is over.

He’ll need to learn to not be overly aggressive, but Tom Cable has surprised many Raiders fans (including me) with his coaching these past few seasons, so Brown could be in good hands if drafted.

Last year’s fourth-round pick is also in development, so perhaps he and Brown could be the future on the interior. Plus, we know the front office loves to take players from Alabama, so Brown could keep the yearly trend going.
