Las Vegas Raiders 2020 Week 10 review: Studs and Duds

Studs – Part 1

Josh Jacobs

Josh Jacobs is a superstar and there will be no further discussion on this point. The second year back had another 100-yard rushing day against a solid Broncos run defense and did so rushing for 5.3 yards per carry. He added two touchdowns and could have had an even bigger day but once the result was no longer in doubt Jacobs was pulled from the game.

This was Jacob’s fifth game this year with at least 20 carries and the Raiders are 5-0 in those games this season so when Jacobs has it going the rest of the team usually does too. This was also his highest yards per carry average of the season as he broke off four runs over 10 yards including his first touchdown of the game.

Keep feeding the beast and the offense will prosper.

Devontae Booker

Last week in our fantasy sit em or start em post, we suggested that Devontae Booker would be a solid option in deep leagues considering how well he has been playing and how motivated he would be against his former team. Booker spent the first four years of his career with the Broncos and came in to Sunday’s game ready to prove them wrong and that’s exactly what he did.

Booker had 16 carries for 81 yards and added two late touchdowns to truly put the game out of reach for the Raiders and show the Broncos what they’re missing. He outgained the three Denver running backs by more than 20 yards and showed them that perhaps they should have given him all that money they gave to Melvin Gordon.
