AFC West Week 11 preview and predictions: Raiders vs. Chiefs in Primetime

New York Jets at Los Angeles Chargers

Week 11 brings a soft spot in the Los Angeles Chargers schedule, as they will play host to Adam Gase and the winless New York Jets. The Jets are the laughingstock of the NFL this season, and they will also be without their young quarterback, Sam Darnold, who is still dealing with a shoulder injury.

Los Angeles will have their young star quarterback under center, however, and Justin Herbert is going to have a field day against this terrible Jets defense. Herbert has been lighting up defenses since taking over for the Chargers, and I expect him to have at least three touchdowns in this one on Sunday.

The Chargers have a special kid in Herbert, and while their record is nothing to write home about, they have not been getting blown out. On Sunday, they will blow out the Jets, easily winning by more than two touchdowns, while trying to improve in terms of the standings.

Prediction: Chargers 30, Jets 13
