Las Vegas Raiders vs. Kansas City Chiefs: How to bet 2020 Week 11
By Sean Basile
The Las Vegas Raiders play host to the Kansas City Chiefs in a Sunday Night Football matchup, and here is how to bet the game.
The Las Vegas Raiders are in a groove right now, as they’ve won three in-a-row, and four of their last five to bring them to 6-3 on the season.
Derek Carr has entered himself into the MVP discussion despite the fact that he’s only thrown for 430 yards and three touchdowns on this current win streak. He’s 16-2 on the season in TD-INT and above all, he has been winning games, something he has always struggled to do consistently on a yearly basis.
That’s why Carr has become a dark horse candidate.
We’re used to seeing one good year from Carr, then a down one. But this time, Carr was good last year AND this year to this point, so all of those talks about the Raiders looking to move on from Carr have simmered down for the time being.
Last week brought some good and some bad. I had a really tough week with my picks around the league, and even got a lot wrong on the Broncos-Raiders game, including the Broncos +4.5 and over 50.5, but I was still able to nail down the Raiders win and bring my season record to 4-5 in picking Raider games outright.
Spreads are a different story, as I now sit at 2-7 on the year for picking Raider spreads, tying my record for my worst team this season with Miami in that department. If Drew Lock could just stop dancing for five seconds and not turn the ball over, maybe the Broncos would’ve made me look good last week!
But, as always, I’m marching forward and trying to break that streak this week as we come to the big rematch everybody out there is dying to see.
