The Las Vegas Raiders came up just short against the Kansas City Chiefs, here are 3 things we learned from the Week 11 shootout.

Las Vegas Raiders in Kansas City Chiefs duked it out on Sunday Night Football for the world to see in one of the more thrilling games of the 2020 season. The Raiders took the lead late but simply left too much time on the clock for the Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs offense who marched down the field and scored the game-winning touchdown with relative ease.

It was an old school AFL-style shootout where for most of the games the teams felt like defense was optional as the offenses marched up and down the field with very little resistance. The over/under for the game at kickoff was 56.5 and the teams blew past that with relative ease and seemed destined to score even more when the game was tied 14-14 just minutes in to the second quarter.

Even though the Raiders fell short against the defending Super Bowl champs, there is a lot they can take from this performance and build upon for the last six games of the year.

Let’s take a look back at the Sunday night thriller and talk about the 3 things we learned from the Raiders’ close defeat to the Kansas City Chiefs.
