Recapping AFC West 2020 Week 12: Kansas City moves to 9-1
Los Angeles Chargers and Standings
Stop me if you’ve heard this before, but the Chargers almost blew a lead at the end of the game. This time would’ve been especially embarrassing, since it would’ve been to a winless team in the New York Jets.
Justin Herbert was once again very good, as he threw for 366 yards three touchdowns and no interceptions, helping the Chargers built a lead as large as 18 in the first half. The Chargers were also aided by the easiest pick six of the year by Tevaughn Campbell as Joe Flacco, a former Broncos quarterback threw it right to him.
Wide Receiver Keenan Allen caught an incredible 16 catches for 145 yards and a touchdown, and he continues to be one of the more underrated wide receivers in the NFL. The Chargers once again had to hold off a furious comeback attempt with the Jets outscoring them 22-10 in the second half. The Raiders Face the Jets in the Meadowlands in two weeks.
