4 things Las Vegas Raiders fans can be thankful for in 2020
Center Rodney Hudson
For the past six years, Rodney Hudson has been the most consistent player for this Raiders franchise, playing at an extremely high level. The offense starts with him, and flows through him, and he has been an anchor along an offensive line that has been changing on a weekly basis.
Hudson hasn’t allowed a sack in three years, and his communication with not only the offensive line, but with Carr and the coaching staff, is second to none. A seasoned veteran who was once a bitter rival with the Kansas City Chiefs, is becoming the next in a long line of legendary Raiders offensive linemen.
He has continued to show why he can be mentioned in the same breath as the great Jim Otto, which is extremely high praise. Hudson’s cerebral, yet physical approach to the game often goes overlooked by stat-makers, but he is making a strong case for team MVP, as he continues to be one of the best in the business at his position.
