Las Vegas Raiders at Atlanta Falcons: Studs and Duds from Week 12
By Nick Bailey
The Las Vegas Raiders totaled five turnovers in an embarrassing loss at the hands of the 3-7 Atlanta Falcons this past Sunday on the road.
In one of the more shocking finals of Week 12, Las Vegas Raiders were dominated and embarrassed on the road against the Atlanta Falcons. The offensive line gave up five sacks, Derek Carr turned the ball over four times by himself with three fumbles and an interception for a touchdown, and Josh Jacobs also lost a fumble.
The Raiders’ defense was decent in this game, holding the Falcons’ offense to mostly field goals, but when you keep committing turnovers and give the other team’s offense a short field to operate, the touchdowns will follow. The defense tried to keep the Raiders in the game for as long as possible, but in the end, the final score read 43-6.
As we look at the studs and duds from this loss, there really should be no stud section, as this loss is the worst of the year, and inexcusable. especially to a team with a losing record who was coming off a terrible performance. Also, many teams the Raiders are battling for a playoff spot against won, making this loss even that much more damaging.
With that said, here are the studs and duds from the Raiders Week 12 loss.
