Las Vegas Raiders: Will history repeat itself in 2020?

Looking Ahead

The Jets and Sam Darnold have already proven they can beat them, and not just beat them, but stop them when they’re hot.

They beat the Colts last year in Indy, but the Colts are actually a better road team than home this year whereas the Raiders are the same way and that game will be in Vegas. Philip Rivers also has that passing game working for him that’s top ten in PYPG.

Then they get the Chargers at home and I think there’s a good chance they lose that game.

Then they finish off with Miami at home and Denver on the road. Miami is a sneaky good road team this year and they’ll also be fighting for that AFC Wild Card picture. At Denver is a game I think they’ll also lose because the last time they won in Mile High was 2015 and they’re 1-7 in their last 8 trips there.

This is where the schedule can once again fall apart for the Raiders if they’re not careful. It’s time for Jon Gruden and Derek Carr to step up and steal some of these games. Two years in a row have the Raiders been a dark horse in the first half of the season. A “Cinderella” if you will. Now they have to finish.
