The Las Vegas Raiders have their fair share of holes on both sides of the ball, and our latest 3-round 2021 NFL mock attempts to fill some of them.

The Las Vegas Raiders head into their Week 13 matchup with the New York Jets alive in the AFC playoff picture, but there is a lot of work left to be done. Last weekend, the Raiders were beaten badly by the Atlanta Falcons, a team they certainly should have beaten, and it was not even close.

For most of the season, quarterback Derek Carr has been playing at a very high level, but he took a major step backward against Atlanta. He will look to right the ship against the Jets in the place he made his NFL debut back in 2014, and this time against a team that has yet to win a single game this season.

The 2020 draft class has not yielded great results to date, as one guy was traded before the season, first-rounders have battled through injuries, and one is even on injured reserve. Overall, this is an exciting young roster, but there is still work to be done as they look towards the 2021 NFL Draft.
