The AFC West slate in Week 13 of the 2020 NFL season features a divisional matchup between Denver and KC. Here are our picks for each game.

It certainly looks like the Kansas City Chiefs are going to run away with the AFC West, after getting off to a 10-1 start to the 2020 NFL season. Still, the Denver Broncos have a chance to knock them off this week, and in other action, the Las Vegas Raiders head East to take on the New York Jets, and the Los Angeles Chargers play host to the New England Patriots.

Here are our picks for each divisional game in Week 13 of the 2020 NFL season.

New England Patriots at Los Angeles Chargers

The Los Angeles Chargers lost a tough one to the Buffalo Bills this past week on the road, and will now head home to welcome another AFC East opponent in the New England Patriots. While rookie quarterback Justin Herbert has been magnificent this season, the coaching staff has done a terrible job, and there could be wholesale changes coming there.

On Sunday, they are going to keep it close with Cam Newton and the Patriots, but in the end, they will do something to blow the game. I actually like the Chargers having a 21-17 lead late in the fourth quarter, before Bill Belichick and the Pats dial something up to win in the waning seconds of this one.

Prediction: Patriots 24, Chargers 21
