AFC West Week 14 preview and predictions: Raiders clip Colts

Indianapolis Colts at Las Vegas Raiders

Derek Carr and company will play host to the Indianapolis Colts in a game with major AFC Playoff implications inside Allegiant Stadium on Sunday. Both teams are looking to be one of the seven conference teams to make the postseason this season, and they are on a collision course for one of the more important Raiders game in recent history.

The Silver and Black go into this game a bit banged up, as Trent Brown, Johnathan Abram, and Josh Jacobs are all questionable for the matchup. Jeff Heath and Damon Arnette have already been ruled out, and Isaiah Johnson is still nursing a groin injury, so keep an eye on the inactive list an hour before game time.

Philip Rivers is the current quarterback for the Colts, and the Raiders have had success against him in recent seasons. I believe the Raiders get out to a lead in the second half, and while Rivers will lead his team back, this secondary should be able to force him into one of his classic mistakes, as Las Vegas holds on for a three-point victory.

Prediction: Raiders 24, Colts 21
